Everythinghas its place.Your day, too.

Capture what is on your mind in a sentence. LifeOS puts it in your day, in its project, and within reach for when you come back.

Capture

Start with a sentence.

Write the way you talk. LifeOS understands the day, the time and the project, and shows you before it saves.

Today

A day you can read.

One sentence says what is up now: one thing under way. Below it, the day with its hours.

Projects

Pick up where you left off.

Every project opens with its next step and the point where you left it.

Library and Lify

Nothing lost along the way.

Notes, ideas and links, beside the project they belong to. Lify answers with what is yours. It reads what you wrote, proposes the next step and changes nothing until you confirm.

Lify is a separate subscription, €9 a month; on Telegram too.

Four promises

  1. One thing at a time.

Only one task is under way. The rest waits its turn, and what is late is said in words, never in red.

  2. The order is yours.

Nothing rearranges itself. “When” moves any task to another day without touching its deadline.

  3. What leaves comes back.

Complete, move, archive: anything that leaves the view can be undone with a tap, or with ⌘Z.

  4. Lify suggests. You confirm.

What it suggests is written in pencil. Nothing changes until you say yes.

And nothing moves on its own.

And the rest, in its place.

  • Your agenda, together

Your events and the calendars you connect through an iCal link, beside what you have to do. They are read, never written.

  • At the right time

Reminders that bring back what matters when it is time.

  • The week, on one sheet

Seven days at a glance, each with its load said in words, and what still waits for a day.

  • Find the thread

Tasks, projects, notes and ideas, from the same field where you capture them. ⌘K, from any screen; a right-click on anything, and what you can do with it.

  • On your phone, like an app

Add it to your home screen, and what you capture offline is sent when you are back.

  • You learn it by using it

The guide points at each thing on the app itself, with your own things. No videos, no pop-ups in the way.

And what it costs, plainly.

  • LifeOS

    Free

Your day, your projects and everything you write. All of it, with no time limit and no card.

  • Lify

    €9 a month

The assistant, if you want it: about 200 questions a month, in the app and on Telegram. More when you need it (€5 for about 100, which do not expire), and you leave whenever you like. VAT included.

Before you begin.

What can I organise in LifeOS?

Projects, tasks, notes, ideas, events and reminders. Today helps you decide what to do; Projects keeps the context and the Library holds what you write.

Who can see what I keep?

Only you. Each account lives on its own, and who you are and what is yours is checked on the server at every access. You can export everything as JSON or Markdown whenever you want.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. It adapts to your phone and you can add it to your home screen. Notifications depend on permissions and the browser; on iPhone they reach the installed app.

How much does it cost?

LifeOS is free: your day, your projects and everything you write. Lify, the assistant, is a separate subscription: €9 a month, tax included, with about 200 requests. You can add more for €5, and you can leave it whenever you want.

Can I create an account?

Yes. Sign-up is open: create your account and capture the first thing.
